You know that we never bring the standard exercise dross to these pages. If it is here - it is because it IS good.
What I love about this Guardian article is it's simplicity. It gives you 10 life changing exercise ideas and they are easy and simple to work into your life. Pretty much all of them can be done while working too.
They also back the idea that we have been on about for ages - that it's the small regular movements that count. I haven't read the book that this article was based on but it looks really good.
