If you have received a quote from us you may have noticed that you can view our products within a 3D setting ?
We look to use 3D wherever it works for us and wherever we've got the integrations that allow us to.
We use a quoting software called Quotientapp for a whole lot of reasons. It is integrated with our financial software - so that when a quote is accepted it creates an invoice automatically. It also allows you to load product images that mean you can see exactly what you are getting.
There are many other advantages of this great software that you can check out here but we are going to look at how we integrate 3D into our quotes.
Below is what a quote for our Cleo meeting sofas looks like in Quotientapp.
This link sends you to a full on immersive 3D environment that allows you then select the layout that most suits your office layout.
Essentially, it is allowing you to configure the modular sofa product to suit your space (see below). We use hotspots to highlight product features and the square buttons on top right allow users to view different modular layouts.
The 3D environment can be hosted within an iframe on your own site so it is treated as a backlink for SEO purposes. The more time spent interacting with the 3D environment the more Google sees it as time-spent-on-page.
